The free allowance resets to 100 on the first of each UTC month and does not accumulate. Purchased credits remain separate and never expire.
Reserve, settle, release
Bulk work reserves the possible cold count, settles only delivered videos, and releases everything else. Customer-set per-key daily credit caps cover cold transcripts, translations and search pages.
